Q) How do you prepare for each Psychic, Medium Reading?
A) Prior to each reading, I meditate, and during this period, I offer the client's name as a signal to the Guides to indicate I have been given permission to conduct the Psychic, Medium Reading. This is very important because by offering the client's name, my Guides receive the approval to begin sharing information with me through clairvoyant, clairaudient, and clairsentient means.
 
Q) What information do you need from me prior to my Psychic, Medium Reading?
A) I ask the client to not offer any information prior to a Psychic, Medium Reading. It is very important for me to read without knowing anything about the client. I do not wish to risk prior knowledge "tainting" the Psychic, Medium Reading in any way. However, I ask my client to interrupt me if he/she wishes clarification or elaboration on particular issues during the reading. He/she may ask for the clarification and/or elaboration without providing any information.  Spirit knows the issues for which a client needs insight, and will almost always provide the necessary guidance.

Q) What type of information can I expect to receive on a Psychic, Medium Reading? 
A) The Guides provide information in a variety of different forms.  These forms include symbolism and images, verbal messages, telepathy, tastes, and smells. I use intuition, and remote viewing, together with clairvoyant, clairaudient, and clairsentient means to receive intuitive, knowing about a client’s past, present, and future.  Sometimes the information does not necessarily impact the present or the future of the client, but rather, it proves the Psychic, Medium Reading is definitely for him/her, usually by referencing something only understood by the client receiving the Reading.

Q) I cannot make my scheduled appointment time. Can I get a refund?
A)  If a client cannot make an appointment for his/her Psychic, Medium Reading, I ask that he/she change the appointment using the Online Calendar prior to 48 hours before his/her appointment. It is the client's responsibility to make the appointment on time. Missed Psychic, Medium Reading appointments will only be re-scheduled once. No refund will be issued after a second missed appointment.

Please understand that canceling or not showing for a Psychic, Medium Reading Appointment affects valuable reading appointment time, and is not fair to other clients who want a Psychic, Medium Reading.

I reserve the right not to offer readings to certain individuals. In this situation, a full refund will be returned to the purchaser.

Q) I live overseas; how can you do a Psychic, Medium Reading for me?
A) My client-base is world-wide, on an international level, including Australia, the UK, Germany, Holland, Cayman Islands, Austria, Canada, and the USA.  I am able to provide precise, detailed, and accurate Psychic, Medium readings, as geography and time are not relevant to the Spirit. The only different condition for receiving a Psychic, Medium Reading if you are not located in the USA (including the Territories, Alaska, and Hawaii) or in Canada, is that Clients telephone me by dialing their Country Code + 1.704.750.4469 (NC, USA) for their Reading.

Q) I need an immediate Psychic, Medium Reading, with no waiting…this is an emergency!
A) All of my Psychic, Medium Reading appointments are booked, after payment is received, on a first-come, first-serve basis. This is the only way I can remain fair to all of my clientele, as many situations are of an urgent nature. In extremely rare cases (an accident, kidnapping, murder, lost or missing person etc.), I will consider immediate scheduling.  In extreme cases such as these, I ask you to please send me an email

Q) I want to know the upcoming lottery numbers.
A) This is not the type of psychic, intuitive information I receive. Generally, I receive word from the “other side”, from a client’s loved one’s, or information that will directly affect the health or daily life of my clients. Please do not pay for a Psychic, Medium Reading and expect the lottery numbers.

Q) I’ve dabbled with Ouija boards, seances, and other attempts to reach the “other side”. Can you work with me on improving my skills?
A) I work only in white light. This is crucial for everyone's well-being. I will not, under any circumstances, offer a Psychic, Medium Reading to those who want me to enter into darkness. i.e. cast spells, cast curses, wish ill will on anyone.

Q) You gave me some information on my Psychic, Medium Reading that I don’t understand or necessarily agree with. How am I supposed to interpret this?
A) I encourage each client to take what he/she wants from the Psychic, Medium Reading, that which "feels" right for him/her, and to leave the rest behind (to follow his/her own intuition, intuitive knowing). I am not perfect. I do the best I am able to interpret the information I receive. We each have intuition (intuitive knowing) for a reason. Please use your intuition (intuitive knowing) when deciding what, if anything, you wish to take from a Psychic, Medium Reading. Lastly, always remember, each of us has free will.

Q) My significant other had a Psychic, Medium Reading from you. What did you tell him/her about?
A) I do not discuss information about a Psychic, Medium Reading with anyone other than the client himself/herself. You may feel free, of course, to share information about your Psychic, Medium Reading with whomever you choose. Confidentiality is of utmost importance to me and as such, I will not share information about a Psychic, Medium Reading with anyone, even if you are related, best friends, partners, etc.

Q) I forgot what you meant by.... when you read for me. Would you please tell me what you said/meant by...?
A) The Guides generally take the information from me a few hours after I read for a client. I read for many clients who experience a great deal of physical and/or emotional pain. I am confident that if I were to carry this "knowing" for any extended length of time, I would become very ill, very quickly. As a result, the Guides have blessed me with taking the information shared during a reading away from me shortly after I give a reading. Unfortunately, this means I will probably not have recall of the client's Psychic Medium Reading. Also, the Guides are very specific with the wording they choose. In almost all instances, the client will know what the Guides meant either at the time of the Psychic, Medium Reading, or in the future.
